We Made It

So here we are in Honduras! It was so exciting to see the green covered land as we flew over it.
Joseph went straight to the embassy and I was picked up and taken to our apartment.

Yesterday while Joseph was gone at the embassy I took some pictures of our studio apartment. The whole floor is only tile. We have really big cupboards with not much to put in them. In the kitchen are plates, bowls, cups and utensils, a fridge, a microwave and a toaster oven. We have a gas stove and a little sink.

I am standing in the kitchen area. The red on the right is our open door. The big cupboards are on the left. At the end of the bed is my closet. They are both big enough to walk into.

This is our door and window on the outside standing on our patio.

These are the stairs we have to climb to get up to our apartment. They are very narrow. Up the stairs to the right is a garden of potted orchids that the owner keeps.
